If I pay my taxes with a new credit card with no fees for 12 months, does this type of transaction qualify?

The complete description of how your credit card usage is regulated can be found in the terms & conditions of your credit card. Or you can call your bank and ask about this kind of a detail concerning your card usage.Generally speaking, as you spend with your credit card, the transactionis like ordinary purchasing and theoretically this type of transaction qualifies. But if the bank stresses the fact that paying taxes is not a regular payment for this card, you should take it into consideration. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service |

Please keep in mind that our website does not present any particular financial organization and therefore cannot be responsible neither for your credit card receipt, nor for your account further on. What we do is provide the customers the most detailed information on the best credit cards and the unique service to apply for a card online. Indeed, sometimes it takes much time (up to a month) to deliver the card and the notification that you have been approved by post, depending on your location and the work of your post-office. We'd rather recommend you to contact directly the bank that has lent you money to know the status of your card. Please find the official site of the bank by clicking "Apply" by the card you have chosen or browse the information in the Internet. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service |

Our website presents the best credit cards issued by the top banks and credit companies. There is a certain number of offers they provide to the customers and unfortunately we do not deal with any home equity line credits. We'd rather recommend you to browse the information on HELOC in the Internet. As soon as the possibility of a better rate is concerned, you may look through our balance transfer cards' offers. Most of them imply advantageous financial conditions - no annual and setup fee, 0% introductory APR for a period up to 12 months, bonus and rewards programs. However, please bear in mind that the cards of this type are only available for the people with good or excellent credit history. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service |

Don't worry that you can't qualify for a credit card. There are banks that give credit to people with no history. If you are intended to build a good history and to buy a house it will take some time. It is true that first you can only get a small credit line of about $300. Then the bank will watch how you use a card and your payment history. After six months or a year they usually raise your credit limit. We recommend you to apply for a Centennial Gold MasterCard/Visa by First PPEMIER Bank. The approval for this card is guaranteed. Moreover it has low APR on purchases and monthly reporting to 4 major credit agencies. Apply for a credit card online and establish your credit! |

Hi there, I've been advised by my mortgage broker to get a credit card and start building up a good credit history. I've never had a credit card before but have a good salary, two savings accounts and a graduate account. Which card would you suggest for me so that i can pay it off in full each month and build a good credit history? And are there any that offer rewards/cashback? |

Gemma, your mortgage broker was absolutely right about getting a credit card and establishing a strong credit history. It is really good that you have savings and a graduate account, this means you know how to manage your finances. The fact that you earn good money is also important. You have everything to start building a credit history. The main problem you will face is that despite a great variety that credit card industry has to offer credit consumers you are limited in your choice, Gemma. You will be able to qualify only for bad/no credit cards. The thing is that you have no credit history, and a creditor cannot tell if you are a good or bad risk for them. So, I am gonna have to disappoint you on what concerns cash back or other rewards credit cards. Most of them require good or excellent credit. So, in order to start building your credit history, I would advise you to get one of the credit cards for no credit, or a secured credit card. A secured credit card is also a good option. It functions just like a regular credit card with the difference that you make deposits that define the size of your credit line. The most important when building a credit history is to make your monthly credit card payments on time and in full. Good luck with establishing your credit history, Gemma! |

how do i check my account |

Shirley, if you want to check your credit card account, here is you can do it. The first place where you can find the information about your account is your monthly credit card statement. Your credit card company sends to you such statements every month. You will find detailed information on your credit card account on the statement. It will inform you about your outsatanding balance (the total you owe), minimum payment (or repayment) you are make, your due date, your card's APR, fees and charges, your credit limit, the amount of credit available, and some other details. Another way to check your account is to contact your credit card issuer by phone and ask them to give you the information on your account. You will have to give them your personal information (name, account number). And, finally, if your credit card has an option of checking your account online, just go to their official site and look it up there. |
